STEP 4. For extra shine, finish with Lipglass Clear and a 316S Brush.

STEP 2. Swipe Retro Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo onto lips, then blot off excess coverage.
STEP 3. Apply Amplified Lipstick in Dubonnet with a 316S Brush around the perimeter of lips.
STEP 4. Immediately press on Glitter in Reflects Rust using the same brush, concentrating on the lip area covered by Dubonnet and avoiding the edges.
